Tuition Assistance

It is our belief that education leads to self-improvement, which improves the value of the employee to Web Access. In that vein, we encourage higher education to prepare employees for greater responsibility within the company. Web Access will pay for courses, which are directly related to your present job or which will help you prepare for more responsibilities or promotions. All courses must be approved by your supervisor and department head.

The plan reimburses expenses for any approved course All fees pre-sanctioned & paid by you will be reimbursed in full after successful completion of the course and covers tuition fees but does not necessarily cover cost of book, materials, etc. and is limited to that specified as part of the pay package. Reimbursement is subject to providing all approved payment receipts in original for processing.

To qualify for reimbursement, the employee must successfully complete the course or seminar with a grade of "C" or 50% or better; or where applicable obtain a completion certificate.

Seminar / Development Programs

Each team / member can recommend seminars / development programs to attend which needs approval / authorization by supervisor / department head.
