A pay range is established for each of the organization's jobs and these ranges are (a) internally equitable, i.e., fair when compared with the ranges established for other Web Access jobs. Each employee whose performance is “proficient” or better will receive a rate of pay that falls within the pay range that has been established for his/her job.

The position of each employee's salary within the range that has been established for his or her job will be determined primarily by the employee's relevant experience and job performance.

Gratuity

It is based on the terms and conditions governed by provident fund commission and are currently only applicable for people who complete 5 years of service. Upon relieving, the employee is entitled to 18 days of basic pay x no of years of service.

Life Insurance

This company has subscribed to Group Insurance Scheme for all employees. It is a comprehensive life and accident cover benefit and covers families in case of married employees. The cover that is provided by the policy is for Rs. 5,00,000/- per individual.

Medical Insurance

This company has subscribed to Group Medical Insurance Scheme for all employees. It is a comprehensive medical insurance involving hospitalization benefits and covers families in case of married employees. The cover that is provided by the policy is for Rs. 3,00,000/- per individual.

Provident Fund

Web Access offers an EPF scheme to its employees. Employees contribute to the fund as deduction from their salaries and also receive an equivalent contribution from the employer.

A Technical Upgradation amount is available as part of the pay package and is to be availed by employees after successful completion of approved educational courses.

Payroll

Web Access employees are paid on a monthly basis.

Payroll Deductions

As required by law, Web Access will deduct Profession Tax and Income Tax from your payroll check, each pay period.

Direct Deposit

Web Access provides direct deposit of paychecks at HDFC Bank. This is a service which saves you time and provides added security. With this option, each paycheck will be automatically deposited to your savings account. No trips to the bank are necessary because your salary appears in your bank account around the 7th working day of each subsequent month.
